Welcome to Thrift Habit; I’m glad you’re here.  I started thrift shopping in what I consider the holy grail of Midwestern thrifting, Cincinnati, Ohio.  My job at the time didn’t afford me the best wardrobe and I was at that awkward age where shopping at the trendy, cheap stores at the mall weren’t cutting it in either my professional life or personal.  No, you aren’t forever 21 and your hips aren’t either.

As I lamented about having nothing to wear to my co-worker in my plain button down that I had resorted to for weekday work wear, she let me in on a little secret.  Thrift stores in Cincinnati are freaking amazing!  Since that point I’ve branched out a bit, and hope to take my thrifting adventures a little more broadly in the coming year.
